RPM LIVING is 20,000 SF, tenant improvement in a Class A office, The Esplanade. Sharp worked alongside Phoenix Design One, Tourmaline Capital Partners, and RPM Living. The project consisted of full demolition space, including open offices, private offices, conference rooms, huddle rooms, break area.
The high-end finishes include modular arts feature walls, acoustic baffles, quartz counters, wooden ceilings, and terazzo look large format tile.
The project was completed within a firm budget.
